By the shores of Lake Lindesjön in the beautiful Bergslagen region, Linde Maskiner has been operating since 1853. More than half of all heavy trucks manufactured in Europe contain sheet metal components from Linde Maskiner. We work with sheet metal ranging from a few millimeters thick up to 25 mm. We automate press, laser cut, use hydraulic presses, weld, and assemble. We are your partner in everything related to sheet metal.

We are now looking for reinforcement in the form of an operator with a focus on tool rigging for our production. A central part of the job is to rig the machines, which means you are responsible for changing, mounting, and setting tools before and during production. The work requires you to be technically inclined and mechanically interested.

You will ensure that the presses are correctly set according to current instructions and that tool changes are made safely and efficiently. If necessary, you will adjust the machine settings to optimize the production flow and ensure the quality of the manufactured products.

Your tasks will also include:

• Preparing and rigging the presses before production starts.
• Changing and adjusting tools according to specific production orders.
• Performing simple troubleshooting and addressing operational disturbances.
• Ensuring that machines and tools are maintained according to routines.
• Working according to safety regulations and contributing to a safe working environment.
• Operating the machine when there is no need for rigging.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, quality-conscious, responsible, and able to handle stress. You should enjoy working both in teams and independently and be driven to contribute to good results. It is also an advantage if you are a problem solver/solution-oriented in this work.

The work is scheduled Monday to Friday in 2 shifts and always starts with a fixed-term employment with good opportunities for a permanent position.

Requirements for the position:

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is required

• You must have a forklift license. At least A and B

• Previous experience in industrial work
